The Condar Half Kettle Steamer is a humidifier especially designed for the narrow ledges of fireplace inserts and woodstoves. Only 4" wide, yet looks like a whole kettle when in place, and holds over 2 quarts of water! The beautiful design is patented. The spout is cleverly designed to direct steam away from the flat side, out into the room. The lid swivels open to the front, so it won't fall off when you're filling with water The Half Kettle is crafted of hand-cast Aluminum rather than cheaper cast-iron,which rusts and eventually cracks, permitting rusty water to stain surfaces. Aluminum is lighter in weight-a joy to use! The light weight makes it ideal as a decorative accent for the home as well. Made in the USA by American artisans, the Half Kettle is created using the time-honored traditions of Old World craftsmanship. Polished Silver Finish (model HK-S) with Black handle.
